About Robert J. Kenevan M.D.
I established The Avalon Clinic with Dr. David Ekland in 1995. The dream we had then and we continue to have now is to change lives and build confidence through cosmetic Surgery. I have over 20 years of experience and have performed more than 7000 cosmetic procedures.
I reside in Lakewood with my beautiful wife of 33 years. I have three adult children, and three amazing grandchildren who are all boys. In my spare time I enjoy teaching, playing with my grandchildren and love going to the movies.
I received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Military Academy.
I received a Medical School Degree at the University of Minnesota.
I completed my Internship at Letterman Hospital in San Francisco, California.
I later completed a Plastic Surgery Residency at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center, Aurora, Colorado.
I am Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ASPS).
I completed a Otolaryngology Residency at Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA.
I am a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), The Northwest Society of Plastic Surgeons, and The Pierce County Plastic Surgery Society.
